He has ordered a recall of all American forces with the exclusion of a contingent of 40,000 men and women who will tie up loose ends and return home next year. Although Afghanistan, the world’s leading producer of illicit opium and heroin, is currently the hotbed of poppy cultivation their history with the narcotic is surprisingly short. Did you know that most of their heroin trade began as a result of their war against the former Soviet Union? For those that didn’t know, Starcraft has such a massive following in South Korea that they host an annual World Cyber Games competition where people face off in Starcraft to win a whopping $435,000 USD prize! In 2005 there were over 800 players from 67 countries. Over 39,000 spectators shows up at the competition to cheer for the players.
